My Story
Born in New Orleans, LA, Jason Turner was always captivated with art from a young age. Growing up, Turner and his twin brother, who is also an artist, competed against each other in "friendly" competitions. This competitiveness gave Turner a hunger to achieve higher quality within his artwork. Having served in the US Army, along with his twin brother, Turner, now, utilizes art as a coping mechanism to help deal with the effects of being in combat. Turner's paintings usually depict military veterans and/or memories, however, he paints what makes him happy from time to time. His paintings can be described as realistic and tells a story.
